Words that work on the go
I collaborated with the Ogilvy design team to develop an easy-to-follow, mobile-friendly digital sales tool that showed how IBM Watson Customer Engagement could support a better online experience for retail and insurance companies.
Browser-ready copy
Crowe needed a new website. Working as the lead writer for the Ogilvy UX team, I put copy to design, making the sample pages come alive. The project was a success, and when it was time to move the old site onto the new design, Crowe brought on my group to lead the copy updates.
Ideas brought to life by design
IBM wanted to tell a story about analytics and the insurance industry, but what they had was a set of facts, not a narrative. The right framing device unlocked this whole deliverable, and helped me tell the story of tailored insurance.
Messaging that brings people together
When IBM’s CMO ended its popular work from home policy. she needed to raise morale. To bring teams together and showcase IBM’s latest analytic tools, the team at Ogilvy designed a three-day intensive workshop, Making the Marketer. As part of the event, I created Escape the Room, a hands-on activity that gave IBMers a chance to use their own analytics tools to adjust their marketing strategy.
